仕入れ を英語で教えて!

「仕入れ」は英語では purchase や buy などで表現することができます。

I purchased some nice fish today. I can recommend you.
（今日はいい魚を仕入れたよ。オススメだね。）

Actually I will go to Europe to buy clothes from tomorrow.
（実は明日から、ヨーロッパに服を仕入れに行きます。）

※ちなみに buy はスラング的に、「信じる」というような意味で使われることもあります。

お得意様 を英語で教えて!

「お得意様」は英語では regular customer や loyal customer または patron などで表現することができます。

Please do your best to serve regular customers.
（お得意様への接客には最善を尽くしなさい。）

She is a loyal customer of our shop, so I will be in charge of her.
（彼女はうちのお得意様なので、私が担当いたします。）

He is a patron. Please don’t forget it.
（彼はお得意様でございます。忘れないようお願いします。）

※ちなみに、日本でも「パトロン」と言いますが、patron には「後援者」という意味もあります。

支店長 を英語で教えて!

「支店長」は英語では branch manager や manager of a branch office などで表現することができます。

Can you go to the branch manager?
（支店長のところに行ってきて。）

If I succeed in this project, I can become a manager of a branch office.
（このプロジェクトを成功されれば、支店長になれる。）

※ちなみに、日本でも、朝食と昼食の間くらいに食べる食事を「ブランチ」と言いますが、こちらは「支店」という意味の branch とは違う言葉で brunch（breakfast と lunch を合わせた言葉）とスペルします。

外回り を英語で教えて!

「外回り」は英語では outside sales や working outside the office などで表現することができると思います。

The outside sales are tough, but it's important work.
（外回り営業が大変だけど大事な仕事だよ。）

I definitely don’t want to work outside the office.
（外回りは絶対にやりたくないよ。）

※ちなみに、「飛び込み営業」の場合は walk-in sales と表現できます。

「模試」は英語では mock exam や mock examination などで表現することができます。

（この間の模試の成績どうだった？）

（この模試の結果次第では、〇〇大学への挑戦を諦めるよ。）

※ちなみに mock は動詞として「からかう」という意味でも使われます。
