「担降り」は英語では quit being a fan や stop being a fan などで大筋を表現することができると思います。

The pop idol I've loved for a long time now has a boyfriend, so I quit being a fan of her.
（ずっと好きだったアイドルに恋人が出来たので、担降りした。）

It costs money to support them, so I want to stop being a fan.
（彼等を応援するにはお金がかかるので、担降りしたい。）

※ちなみに stop の場合、"また再開する"可能性があるニュアンスがあります。

My ideal is to work a little bit and make a lot of money.
（少し働いてたくさん稼ぐのが私の理想です。）

※ちなみに a little bit は a little よりカジュアルなニュアンスになります。

「骨格診断」は英語では skeletal diagnosis や skeletal examination などで表現することができます。

※ undergo（受ける、経験する、など）

A skeletal examination revealed the problem.
（骨格診断の結果、問題が分かった。）
