「公倍数」は英語では common multiple と表現することができます。

※ちなみに least common multiple（最小公倍数）は 頭文字を取って LCM と表記されることもあります。

「公約数」は英語では common factor や common divisor などで表現することができます。

※ちなみに common sense というと「常識」「良識」という意味を表せます。

「二項分布」は英語では binomial distribution と表現することができます。

You can derive the success rate of ○○ using the binomial distribution.
（二項分布をつかって○○の成功率を導き出すことが出来ます。）
※derive（導き出す、引き出す、など）

Today I will teach you about the negative binomial distribution.
（今日は、負の二項分布について教えます。）
※negative（負の、反対の、禁止の、など）

※ちなみに binomial nomenclature と言うと「二名法(属と種で名前を表すこと)」という意味を表せます。

二次関数 を英語で教えて!

「二次関数」は英語では quadratic function と表現することができます。

I'm basically good at mathematics, but I find that quadratic functions are difficult.
（数学は基本的に得意だけど、二次関数は難しいなと思う。）
※find は「発見する」という意味の言葉ですが、「思う」「感じる」というようなニュアンスでも使われます。

※ちなみに quadratic equation と言うと「二次方程式」という意味になります。

「交点」は英語では intersection や intersection point などで表現することができます。

There are two intersection points in this circle and this line.
（この円とこの線には交点が２つあります。）

※ちなみに point は「点」という意味ですが、ビジネスなどでは「言いたいこと」「要点」といった意味でよく使われます。
