In my case, my academic ability improved through personal coaching.
（私の場合、個別指導で学力が上がった。）

※ちなみに personal は individual に比べ、主観的なニュアンスのある表現になります。

「フル稼働」は英語では、上記のように表現することができます。

（フル稼働しないと納期には間に合わないと思います。）
