時間をつぶす を英語で教えて!

「時間をつぶす」は英語では kill time や waste time などで表現することができます。

I always arrive early for meetings, so I often kill time at bookstores and cafes.
（いつも待ち合わせ時間に早くついてしまうので、本屋やカフェで時間をつぶすことがよくあります。）

I watched a movie today to waste time, but it was unexpectedly interesting.
（今日は時間をつぶす為に映画を見たが、以外と面白かった。）

「耐える」は英語では endure や stand などで表現することができます。

部屋が乾燥している を英語で教えて!

「部屋が乾燥している」は英語では room is dry と表現することができます。

In winter, if I don't use a humidifier, the room will dry and I won't be able to stop coughing.
（冬は加湿器を付けないと部屋が乾燥して咳が止まりません。）
※ humidifier（加湿器、湿度調節装置）
※ cough（咳、咳をする）

This room is dry, so it's hard to talk.
（この部屋は乾燥しているから、喋りづらい。）

部屋干し を英語で教えて!

「部屋干し」は英語では hanging clothes to dry indoors や hang up the wash indoors などで表現することができると思います。

I can't dry my laundry outside on rainy days, so I hang clothes to dry indoors.
（雨の日は外に洗濯物を干せないので、部屋干ししてます。）

I don't like hang up the wash indoors because it makes the room stink.
（部屋干しをすると部屋が臭くなるので嫌です。）
