「名前を伝える」は英語では tell one's name や convey one's name などで表現することができます。

※ちなみに convey は「運ぶ」という意味のイメージが強いかと思いますが、「伝える」「取り次ぐ」という意味でも使われます。

（この傘は一生使える名品です。オススメですよ。）

「名門校」は英語では prestigious school や distinguished school などで表現することができます。

I don't want to brag, but my alma mater is a prestigious school, so it's famous locally.

This is a distinguished school, so there are many talented students.
（ここは名門校なので、優秀な生徒がたくさんいますよ。）
