「友人のご家族に対する、いたわりの言葉」は英語では I will help you if I can do anything.（出来ることがあればお手伝いします。） や I hope someone gets well soon.（早い回復を願ってます。）などで表現することができると思います。

（できることがあればお手伝いします。〇〇さんの具合はいかがですか？）

I hope 〇〇 gets well soon. How is 〇〇's condition now?
（〇〇さんの早い回復を願ってます。今の容態はいかがですか？）

※ちなみに soon は「すぐ」という意味を表せますが、「今すぐ」というよりは「近いうちに」のように少し漠然としたニュアンスがあります。
