「ていうかさー」は英語では You know what? や I mean などで表現することができると思います。

You know what? How were the sales at last week's sales event?
（ていうかさー、先週の販売会の売上はどうだったの？）

I mean, are you still dating 〇〇?
（ていうかさー、〇〇さんとまだ付き合ってるの？）

※ちなみに You know what? は「ちょっと聞いて」というニュアンスでも使われます。

「多くの日本人は睡眠負債を抱えている」は英語では Many Japanese people have a sleep debt. や A lot of Japanese people have a sleep debt. などで表現することができます。

（詳しくは知らないけど、多くの日本人は睡眠負債を抱えているらしい。）

（実際、多くの日本人は睡眠負債を抱えているので、睡眠に関する教育が必要です。）

※ちなみに、多少、 many は a lot of より固いニュアンスの表現になると思います。

「マジか!」は英語では Oh my gosh! や Oh my goodness! などで表現することができます。

Oh my gosh! It seems that I won the lottery.
（マジか! 俺、宝くじに当たったみたい。）

Oh my goodness! I failed the exam again.
（マジか! 俺、また試験に落ちたよ。）

※ちなみに oh my gosh や oh my goodness も、oh my god というフレーズから派生した表現だと思います。（god という言葉を軽々しく使いたくないなどの理由から）

（駅前に新しいカフェがオープンしたらしいよ。少しお茶して行かない？）

※ちなみに tea は基本的には不可算名詞ですが、「一杯のお茶」という意味で表現する際は、可算名詞としても使われます。
