「～の方面に進む」は英語では pursue a career in the 〜 field や build a career in the 〜 field などで表現することができると思います。

My parents are medical staff, so I would like to pursue a career in the medical field in the future.
（両親が医療スタッフなので、将来は医療の方面に進みたいです。）

After graduating from high school, I want to build a career in the entertainment field.
（高校を卒業したら、芸能方面に進みたい。）

※ちなみに build を使った表現で build up と言うと「組み立てる」「増大させる」という意味を表せます。

～の分量 を英語で教えて!

「～の分量」は英語では amount of 〜 や quantity of 〜 などで表現することができます。

I measured the amount of flour accurately to prevent mistakes.
（小麦粉の分量を間違えないように正確に測りました。）

I can't make it because I don't know the quantity of 〇〇.
（〇〇の分量が分からないので、作れません。）

※ちなみに amount の場合は「（簡単に数えられないものの）分量」を表せる表現になります。

（水を）うめなきゃ入れない を英語で教えて!

「（水を）うめなきゃ入れない」は英語では You have to add water before you take a bath. や You can't take a bath without adding some water. などで表現することができると思います。

The hot water in the bathtub is too hot, so I have to add water before I take a bath.
（お風呂のお湯が熱すぎるので、水をうめなきゃ入れない。）

Basically, you can't take the bath here without adding some water.
（基本的にここのお風呂は水をうめなきゃ入れないよ。）

※ちなみに「ぬるま湯」は英語では lukewarm water と表現することができます。

「（人を）売る」は英語では sell out や betray などで表現することができると思います。

He sold me out! I can't forgive him.
（彼は私を売ったんです！私は彼を許すことは出来ません。）

I can't betray my friends. Please don't appear in front of me anymore.
（私には友達を売ることは出来ません。もう私の前に現れないでください。）

※ちなみに sell out はスラング的に「（仲間を）売る、裏切る」という意味を表せますが、「（売れる為に）魂を売る」というような意味でも使われます。

「（食べ物）を振る舞う」は英語では treat や host などで表現することができると思います。

I invited my boss to my house and treated him to drinks and meals.
（自宅に上司をお招きして、お酒とご馳走を振る舞いました。）

My job is to host the wonderful meals to our customers.
（お客様に最高の食事を振る舞うのが私の仕事です。）

※ちなみに、カジュアルに「奢る」と言う場合は get で表現することもできます。
