清涼感ある を英語で教えて!

1. Vinegar drinks make me feel fresh.
お酢の飲み物は清涼感があるね。

I often drink vinegar drinks made from fruits. I like them because they are refreshing.
私はよく果実から作られたお酢を飲みます。清涼感があって好きです。

fruits-based vinegar：果実ベースのお酢 / 果実でできたお酢。
「vinegar drinks made from fruits」は省略されている部分があり、「vinegar drinks "which were" made from fruits（果実から作られているお酢の飲み物）」 が本来の表現です。
名詞 + make me feel fresh：「名詞」が私をすっきりする。意訳して「名詞は清涼感がある」となります。
refreshing：清涼感がある / スッキリする（形容詞）

2. Vinegar drink cools you down.
果実酢の飲み物は清涼感があるね。

Vinegar drink made from fruits can help to cool you down when you drink.
果実製のお酢を飲むと清涼感が出ます。（直訳：果実でできたお酢はあなたが飲む時にあなたがひんやり感じるようにするのを手伝います）

to cool 人 down：人を冷やす / 人が清涼感を感じる。

性悪 を英語で教えて!

1. bad natured
性悪
nature：ここでは「元から」、「生まれつき」の意味を指します。

A person whose personality is deeply negative, cruel or evil can be described as bad natured.
性格が極めてネガティブだったり、残酷だったり邪悪な人は性悪だと言える。

is described as〜：〜と表現される。can be describedと言っているので、そのように表現される可能性を含んでいるというニュアンスになります。

2. bad to the core
性悪

He doesn't have any good points to his personality particularly, he is bad to the core!
彼は性格に特に良いところがなく根っからの性悪だ。

the core：核、中心部分。ここではそれほど奥深くから性悪だという表現の一つになります。coreをbone(骨)に置き換え「bad to the bone（骨の髄まで性悪）」と表現することもできます。

3. bad through and through
性悪 / 根っからの悪党

I have nothing positive to say about them, they are bad through and through.
彼らについてポジティブに述べられる事は一つもなく、根っからの性悪だ。

上の例文について細かく見てみると、以下のような説明ができます。
have nothing to say：何も言及できる物を持っていない
have nothing positive to say about them：彼らについて何も言及できるポジティブな物を持っていない

同じ例文をI haveではなくI don't haveで文章を始めると以下のようになります。
I don't have anything positive to say about them：彼らについて何も言及できるポジティブな物を持っていない。
日本語では同じ意味になっても英語では文頭が肯定文で始まるとnothingとセット、逆に否定文で始まるとanythingとセットになります。

整地 を英語で教えて!

1. site preparation
整地
「site（場所）+ preparation（準備）＝建てる場所の準備＝整地」という意味です。

It's the day today of the site preparation for our future house.
今日が将来私達の家が建つ場所の整地日だ。

2. to level the ground
整地する/ 土地を平らにする

They're leveling the ground of a vacant plot in my neighborhood in order to build an apartment.
彼らはアパートを建てるために近所の空き地を整地している。
to level：平す
a vacant plot：空き地
vacancy：空き（状態）

3. to flatten the earth
整地する

I want to build an apartment in an empty space in my neighborhood. So, first of all, I need to flatten the earth.
近所の空き地にアパートを建てたい。なので、まず最初に土を平らにしなければいけない。
empty：空いている
space：場所、空間
to flatten：を平らにする。「フラット、平ら」からも想像つきやすいようにenをつけて動詞化したものがこのflattenです。
the earth：ここでは地球の意味ではなく、もっと具体的にその土、土地という意味になります。

正常値 を英語で教えて!

1. normal levels
正常値

After eating and exercising well for some time, I finally got normal levels on a blood test.
しばらくの間よく食べよく運動していたので、血液検査の数値がようやく正常値になりました。

2. healthy readings
正常値 / 健康的な数値

I've been exercising and eating properly for a while, and at last my blood test came back with healthy readings.
しばらく運動と適切な食生活を続けたので、ついに血液検査で正常値が出ました。

"主語 is back to normal"という言い方で「主語が正常値に戻る」と訳せます。以下例文を記載します。
Now that I'm exercising and eating healthily, my blood tests are finally back to normal.
今は運動と健康的な食事を摂っているので、血液検査の数値がようやく正常値に戻りました。

政局が揺れる を英語で教えて!

1. The political situation is turbulent.
政局が揺れている。

Due to the corona pandemic, inflation and various other issues, the political situation has been turbulent for the last few years.
ここ数年コロナパンデミックやインフレ、その他様々な問題によって政局は揺れている。

turbulent 揺れる / 激動する（形容詞）
The situation has been turbulent for few years：「状況が数年間揺れ続けている。」現在完了の進行形を使うことで数年という長い期間継続していることを強調できます。時間に伴う大変さなどを強調したい場合この現在完了進行形を使うと良いでしょう。
flation：インフレ
due to ~：〜のせいで

2. The political situation is unstable.
政局が揺れている。

The political situation in Japan is unstable right now, due to the affects of the pandemic, inflation etc.
日本の政局はパンデミックやインフレなどの影響で揺れている。

to be stable：安定している
to be unstable：不安定な。意訳して揺れているという意味になります。
etc. = et cetera：など

3. The political landscape is shaken up.
政局が揺れている。

The political landscape has been totally shaken up by major global events like the pandemic and inflation.
パンデミックやインフレなどの世界的な大きな出来事により政局は完全に揺らいでいる。

to shake：振る、揺らす
to be shaken up：揺れる、揺さぶられる
