前頭葉の劣化は感情コントロールを無効にします。

ここでの「deterioration = 衰え」は名詞として使われているので、そうではなく質問の文章通りに動詞の「to deteriorate = が衰える」を訳した例文を以下に記載します。
People start to lose control of their emotions as the frontal lobe of the brain deteriorates.
脳の前頭葉が衰えると感情のコントロール能力を失います。

「as + 主語 + 動詞」＝「主語が動詞をするにつれて、主語が動詞をすると」

脳の前頭葉が衰えるは記憶力の低下を引き起こします。

例. People say that output activities are best for frontal lobe training.
前頭葉のトレーニングにはアウトプットが最適だと言われています。

会話中に「People say that...」の文を使うと「...らしいよ。」や「...だってさ。」と意訳できます。
アウトプットする方法は一般的に複数あるので、output activitiesと s を付けます。そのため、次に来るbe動詞もつられてareとなります。

例. In order to keep the frontal lobe of the brain healthy and active, we need to train it regularly with output based activities such as music, conversation and art.
脳の前頭葉部分を健康で活性化するには、会話、音楽、芸術などの定期的なアウトプットをして訓練することが必要です。

「keep + 名詞 + 形容詞」の語順で「名詞を形容詞な状態に保持する」、「名詞をずっと形容詞にしておく」と訳します。

善かれ悪しかれ を英語で教えて!

1. for better or worse,
良くも悪くも

例. For better or worse, we can't change who we are, so we just have to learn to love ourselves.
良くも悪くも自分自身を変えることはできないから、ただ自分を大切にする方法を学んだほうが良い。

2. rightly or wrongly,
善し悪しは別として

例. Rightly or wrongly, the people voted for Brexit in the referendum and that is legally binding, so we have to move forward.
善し悪しは別として、イギリス国民は国民投票でブレグジットに投票しそれは法的拘束力を持つので、もう前に進むしかない。

3. whichever way you look at it
どちらにせよ、どっちに転んでも

例. I know it's not your dream job, but whichever way you look at it, that salary is fantastic, so I think you should take the job.
それはあなたにとって理想的な仕事じゃないかもしれないけど、いずれにせよ素晴らしい給料なんだし、やってみた方がいいと思うよ。

「どのような方法であなたがそれを見ようとも」= 意訳することで「どちらにせよ」となります。

先祖代々の我が家の家宝です を英語で教えて!

1. The hanging scroll in the alcove is an heirloom which has been in my family for generations.
床の間にある掛け軸は、先祖代々の家宝です。

heirloom： 家宝
a hanging scroll：掛け軸
for generations ：世代に渡って、代々。世代はいくつもある可算名詞なので s を付けます。

2. It has been passed down through the generations of my family.
先祖代々の我が家の家宝です。

例. This watch has been passed down through the generations of my family.
この時計は我が家で先祖代々受け継がれているものです。

to be passed down：引き継がれる、受け継がれる
to pass down through 〜：〜を通して受け継ぐ
物は「受け継がれる」と受け身になるので be動詞 + passed + down + through〜となります。

先入観にとらわれるのはよくありません を英語で教えて!

1. It's never good to be prejudiced.
先入観に捉われるのは良くありません。

例. It's never good to be prejudiced. We should be open minded with new people rather than assuming we already know about them.
先入観に捉われるのは良くありません。初対面の人はもう既に相手のことを知っていると決めつけるのではなく心を開きましょう。

to be prejudiced：偏見に囚われる
rather than〜：〜するのではなく、〜する代わりに。
ここでは後ろに動詞+ingでassume(仮定する)を動名詞にしています。何を仮定しているのかはその動名詞以下にある「we already know about them = もう知っている」という内容です。「もう知っていると仮定している」は「決めつける」と訳せます。

例. We should try to listen carefully and avoid any preconceptions that we may have about them.
自分が持ってしまっているかもしれないどんな先入観も避け、注意深く相手に耳を傾ける方が良い。

to avoid preconceptions：先入観、偏見を避ける

2. it's never good to be biased.
偏見に捉われるのは良くありません。

例. It's impossible to make an impartial decision if you are biased about the issue.
もし偏見があるならその問題について公平な判断を下すのは無理でしょう。

not to be biased：偏見で見ないように
to be biased about〜：〜に偏見がある
