（我々は非営利団体なので、目的は社会貢献です。）

（私は若い頃、〇〇を非営利団体として創立した。）

※ちなみに commercial は「商業の」「商業用の」などの意味を持つ言葉ですが、「民間の」という意味で使われることもあります。
