I must not pass up a chance.
「機会を逃してはいけない」の意味になります。must not「〜すべきではない」、pass up a chance「好機を逃す」と言う意味です。

例文

feel likeで「〜と感じる」となります。It seems that「〜のように思える。」も使えると思います。
