これ買うか悩む を英語で教えて!

日本語の悩むと言うのは色々な意味を含んでいると思います。
心配して悩むworry about~, 躊躇して悩むhesitate to~, 困って悩むtrouble to~等、同じ悩むでも
英語では違う言葉で表します。

この質問の場合は買うかどうかの判断を迷って悩んでしまうという意味なので決断できないという意味のI can’t decide もしくはI can't make up my mind を使って表すことができます。
I can’t make up my mind about buying it. (買うことが決める事が出来ない。)
I can’t decide if should buy it.(買うべきか決められない。)

あとは、I wonder if~もしくはI’m wondering about~info もこの買うかどうか迷うの意味に当てはまるとおもいます。

I wonder はとても便利な言い回しです。助詞的な役割を果たします。「〜かなぁ」と言うニュアンスです。
自分に問いかけるイメージです。
I wonder if I should buy this one.(これ買おうかなぁ＝買うべきか迷う)
I’m wondering about buying this one.

I wonder if~はその意味とは別に丁寧なお願いをする時にも使えます。

　買うべきかやべるべきかわからない。＝迷っている

be not sure = 確かでない、確信がない

【I'm hesitating should I buy it or not. 】
　買うべきかやべるべか迷っている。

hesitate= 迷う・躊躇する

【I'm thinking whether should I buy or not. 】
　買うかどうか悩んでる。＝買うべきかどうか考えている

whether A or B = ＡかＢか　whether は省略しても十分伝わります。

他に、
I'm wondering... wonder= 疑問に思う・自問する
I can't decide... decide = 決める・決定する　
決められない→悩んでいる

とも表現できます。
