available は「空いている」という意味の形容詞で、相手に時間があるかを尋ねるときに使える表現です。
「アヴェイラブル」と読みます。

2. Are you free?
時間がある？

こちらはよりカジュアルな表現です。free は「空いている」や「暇な」を意味する形容詞です。
