「諫める」は動詞で「remonstrate」と言います。自動詞または他動詞として使います。

たとえば、自動詞の場合は The editor remonstrated with him about the inaccuracies in the story. で「編集者は記事の不正確さについて彼に諫言した」の様に使う事ができます。

上記構文は、第一文型（主語［editor］＋動詞［remonstrated］）に副詞句（with him about the inaccuracies in the story）を組み合わせて構成します。

また他動詞「admonish」にも「諫める」の意味があり If the lord misconducts himself, chief retainers admonish him to mend his ways. で「藩主の行跡が悪い場合、家老らが行いを改めるよう、藩主を諫める」の様に使う事ができます。
