初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

言い訳なんて聞きたくない を英語で教えて!

言い訳なんて聞きたくないわ。
I don't want to hear any excuses.

excuse＝言い訳、理由、弁解

ex. 言い訳したが、無駄でした。
I gave/made an excuse but it was useless.
give/make an excuse. = 言い訳する

彼はいつも何かしら理由をつけて責任逃れしようとします。
He always tries to avoid responsibility for some reasons.
☆ for some reasons. ＝ 理由を付けて ≒ 言い訳して

抵抗する を英語で教えて!

酒の誘惑に抵抗できない。
I can't resist the temptation of alcohol.
I can't endure the lure of alcohol.

☆英語で「抵抗する、我慢する」は【resist】【endure】で表現できます。

temptation＝誘惑
lure＝誘惑するもの、魅惑

ex.政府は攻撃に抵抗しました。
The government resisted the attack.

ex. 我慢して耐えしのぐ。
To be patient and endure something.

大げさ を英語で教えて!

彼が大げさに話したんでしょう
He exaggerated, did't he?

英語で「大げさ」は【exaggerate(V)】【exaggerated(Ajc)】【overstate】で言うことが出来ます。

He always exaggerates.=彼はいつも大げさに話します。
His story is always exaggerated.=彼の話はいつも大げさです。

大げさかもしれませんが、神に誓い彼女を幸せにします。
I might overstate, but I swear to God,I'll make her happy.

大したことない を英語で教えて!

大したことなかったから大丈夫。
It’s okay because it was't serious/hard.

英語で「大したことない」は【not serious】【not hard】で表現できます。

serious=深刻な、険しい
hard=困難な、大変な

また【deal】【burden】には「負担，重荷、苦しみ」という意味があるので、
It’ not big deal/burden.＝大した事（重荷、苦しみ）ではありませんという意味で使えます。

ex. 彼女を手伝うなんて、大したことではない。
It's not big burden for me to help her.

飲み口 を英語で教えて!

飲み口は細菌だらけだよ。
The spout of it is full of sterilization.
英語で飲み口は【spout】【opening】といいます。

be full of～ = ～でいっぱい
sterilization = 細菌

蛇口の飲み口に泥が付いています。
There is mud on the opening of the faucet.

mud = 泥
faucet = 蛇口

ex.この缶の飲み口は汚れている。
The opening of this can is dirty.
