日本の慣用句「右往左往する」は英語では be confused や upset などで表現することができます。

When he learned the shocking truth, he was upset and could not calm down for a while.

「陰湿な」は英語では insidious や dirty などで表現することができます。

I have witnessed insidious bullying.

「引継ぎ」は英語では handover や inherit などを使って表現することができます。

引き裂かれる を英語で教えて！

「引き裂かれる」は英語で表現するならオススメは be devastated や lose mind などになります。
どちらも少しニュアンスは違いますが、ものすごく悲しい時に使える表現です。

I am devastated by the death of my beloved cat.
（愛猫が死んで、身体も心も引き裂かれたようだ。）

I lost my mind because I let the company I started go bankrupt.
（自分で起業した会社を倒産させてしまって、心が引き裂かれたようだ。）
