「私の言いたいことが伝わっていますか？」は英語では did you get what I wanted to say? や do you understand what I want to say? などで表現することができます。

I tried my best to speak in my own way, but did you get what I wanted to say?

It's hard to hear the teacher's voice is break off since a while ago.
