「使いこなす」は英語では master や use efficiently などで表現することができます。

My grandma masters shortly the latest smartphones.
（うちのお婆ちゃんは最新のスマホもすぐ使いこなしている。）

The new system is great, but I think it takes a lot of training to use it efficiently.
（新しいシステムは素晴らしいが、使いこなすには、かなりのトレーニングが必要だと思う。）

「2枚印刷してもらえる？」は英語では Can you print two copies? や Would you print out two copies? などで表現することができます。
