「お百度参り」は英語では hundred times worship や、説明的ですが ritual of visiting and praying at the same shrine a hundred times などで表現することができると思います。

My grandmother is doing the hundred times worship for my success in entrance examinations.

あくどい を英語で教えて!

「あくどい」は英語では vicious や wicked などで表現することができます。

It is a vicious set of clothes. I think you shouldn't wear it, it doesn't suit you.

I definitely can’t agree with his wicked ways.

「千鳥格子柄」は英語では houndstooth pattern や houndstooth check などで表現することができると思います。
