「立て付け」は英語では fitting や opening and shutting などで表現することができると思います。

I think it’s poorly fitting definitely. You should call a repairman to fix it.

「立てこもり」は英語では barricade oneself や imprison oneself などを使って表現することができると思います。

（許し難いことに、犯人は病院内に立てこもっている。）

He plans to imprison himself with the hostages at the venue and negotiate with the police.

「立てかける」は英語では lean against や prop against などを使って表現することができます。

I was cleaning the classroom, but it got in the way of moving the desk, so I leaned the broom against the wall.

※ get in the way（邪魔になる）

「今、パソコンが立ち上がったところです」は英語では
I started up my computer just now. や I fired up my computer right now.
などで表現することができると思います。

I fired up my computer right now. No problems so far.
（今、パソコンが立ち上がったところです。今のところ、問題はありません。）

立ち合い を英語で教えて!

（相撲の）「立ち合い」は英語では initial charge と言い表すことができると思います。

Both sumo wrestlers were thrusting out from the initial charge.
（立ち合いから両力士とも突いて出ていた。）
