原本 を英語で教えて!

「原本」は英語では original や original book などで表現することができます。

I'm sorry to trouble you, but could you send me the original instead of the PDF?
（大変お手数ですが、PDFでなく、原本を送っていただけますか？）
※PDF（Portable Document Format の略）

※ original は「最初の」や「独創的な」などの意味がありますが、スラング original gangsta（略してOG）は「昔気質のギャング」というような意味に加え、「かっこいい」という意味でも使われます。（ヒップホップ業界でよく使われるスラングです）

現金持ち合わせていない を英語で教えて!

「現金持ち合わせていない 」は英語では I don't have any cash on me. や I don't have any cash on hand. などで表現することができます。

I don't have any cash on me, can I make another payment?
（現金持ち合わせてないんですけど、他の支払いできますか？）

※ cash は「現金」を表しますが、スラングで「お金」のことを bread（パン）と言うこともあります。

「現時点では出来かねます 」は英語では We can't do it at the moment. や We aren't able to do it for the time being. などで表現することができます。

（残念ながら、現時点では出来かねます。状況が変わりましたら、改めてご連絡いたします。）

※ for the time being はビジネスでよく使われるフレーズですが、ニュアンス的に、"（この状態が）長く続かない"という感じがあります。

「現状に満足している」は英語では I'm satisfied with the current state. や I'm happy with the current situation. などで表現することができます。

I don't have any specific goals for the future. I'm satisfied with the current state.
（将来の目標は、特にないです。現状に満足しています。）

※ちなみに、「現状」は status quo でも表現できます。こちらは政治やビジネスなどで使われている印象ですが、ネガティブなニュアンスで使われることも多いです。

「現代美術館」は英語では contemporary art museum や contemporary art gallery などで表現することができます。
