「サイン会」は英語では autograph session や autographing session などで表現することができます。

（新曲のプロモーションの為に、サイン会を開催したいです。）

※有名人などにもらう「サイン」は英語では autograph と表現されることが多いです。（signature の場合は「署名」という意味で使われることが多いです。）

「湯おけ」は英語では pail や hot water pot などで表現することができると思います。

Sometimes we use the pail as a chair at a public bath.
（銭湯では湯おけを椅子替わりにしたりすることもあります。）

I've been using this hot water pot for over 30 years, with occasional repairs.
（この湯おけはたまに修理しながら、30年以上使っています。）

※ちなみに hot は「熱い」という意味ですが、スラング的に「かっこいい」や「イケてる」というような意味で使われます。
