視座を高く持つ。

perspective は「見通し、視野」という意味です。高い場所から広範囲を見通すことを意味します。
例
It’s important to keep your perspective high when facing challenges.
挑戦に直面するときは、視座を高く持つことが大切です。

2. Take a higher perspective.
視座を高く持つ。

higher perspective で「より高い視点」を表します。
例
Let’s take a higher perspective to understand the full impact of our decision.
私たちの決定がもたらす影響を理解するために、視座を高く持ちましょう。

3. Have a wide perspective.
視野を広く持つ。

wide perspective「広い視野」でも「高い視座」の意味を表せます。perspectiveは「視野」の意味で使われるのが一般的です。
例
Good leaders always have a wide perspective on every situation.
良いリーダーは常に広い視野で状況を捉えています。

歯に詰まる を英語で教えて!

1. stuck in teeth.
歯に詰まる。

stuck は「詰まる」を意味します。カジュアルに使える表現です。
例
I hate it when popcorn gets stuck in my teeth.
ポップコーンが歯に挟まるのが嫌いです。

2. wedged between my teeth.
歯の間に挟まる。/ 歯に詰まる。

wedge は「詰め込む、割りこませる、押し込む」という意味で、歯と歯の間に物が挟まる様子を表します。
例
There’s a piece of meat wedged between my teeth, and I can't get it out.
肉が歯の間に挟まって取れません。

3. Caught between my teeth.
歯に挟まる。

ものが歯と歯の間につっかえている状態を表す表現です。Caught は catchの過去分詞形です。
例
I think there's something caught between my teeth.
歯の間に何かが挟まっているようです。

死んだつもり を英語で教えて!

1. Like there is no tomorrow.
いつ死んでもいいように。/ 死んだつもりで。

直訳で「明日がないように」となります。「後悔のないように」という意味です。
例
We live today like there is no tomorrow.
死んだつもりで今日を生きています。

2. With nothing to lose.
失うものがないかのように。/ 死んだように。

「失うものがないかのように」＝「死んだつもりで」という意味です。
例
I’m going to take on this project with nothing to lose.
失うものは何もないつもりでこのプロジェクトに挑みます。

3. As if I have nothing left
何も残っていないかのように。

as if は「まるで～かのように」という意味の接続詞です。left は「残り」を意味します。
例
He trained as if he had nothing left to lose.
彼はもう失うものが何もないかのようにトレーニングしました。

最高の熱波 を英語で教えて!

1. The best heatwave
最高の熱波

「熱波」は heatwave と言います。wave は「波、波動」を意味します。
例
It was the best heatwave.
最高の熱波でした。

This has to be the best heatwave for beach lovers!

2. Supreme heatwave
最高の熱波

Supreme でも「最高、至高」を表せます。
例
People are calling this the supreme heatwave of the decade.
人々はこれを今世紀最高の熱波と呼んでいます。

3. Ultimate heatwave
究極の熱波

Ultimate は「究極の、最高の」という意味です。
例
We’re in the middle of the ultimate heatwave, with temperatures soaring every day.
私たちは最高の熱波の真っただ中で、毎日気温が上がり続けています。

採卵する を英語で教えて!

1. Retrieve eggs
採卵する

体外受精などで卵子を取り出すことです。
例
The clinic will collect eggs from several donors for the research study.
クリニックは研究のために複数のドナーから採卵を行います。

The doctor will retrieve the eggs during the procedure.
医師が手術中に卵を採取します。

2. Collect eggs
採卵する

「集める」という意味の collect を用いて「採卵する」と表現できます。
例
She underwent a procedure to retrieve eggs for future fertility treatments.
彼女は将来の不妊治療のために採卵手術を受けました。

They plan to collect eggs for the fertility treatment next week.
来週、不妊治療のために採卵する予定です。
