「非ステロイド系のかゆみ止め」という意味です。略称のNSAIDｓは日本の医療現場でも使われている一般的な表現です。
例
I want a NSAIDs.
非ステロイド系のかゆみ止めが欲しい。

2. Non-steroidal anti-itch medication
薬を意味する medication で「非ステロイド系のかゆみ止め」と表します。
例
I am looking for a non-steroidal anti-itch medication because I have sensitive skin.
敏感肌なので、非ステロイド系のかゆみ止めが欲しい。

3. non-steroidal anti-inflammatory cream
塗り薬の場合は cream を使います。
例
I'd like to apply some anti-itch cream for my insect bite, but I have sensitive skin, so I prefer a non-steroidal option.
虫刺されにかゆみ止めを塗りたいのですが、敏感肌なので、非ステロイド系のかゆみ止めが欲しい.

creamなどを肌に塗ることを apply cream for skin と表現します。

誹謗中傷の深刻化 を英語で教えて!

1. The escalation of defamation and slander
「誹謗中傷がエスカレートする」という意味で、誹謗中傷が深刻化することを表現できます。
defamation は「名誉棄損」、slander は「名誉棄損」を意味します。

ネット上での誹謗中傷の悪化は、人々の精神的健康にダメージを与えている。

三連単 を英語で教えて!

1. Trifecta
競馬で「3連単」を指す専門用語です。
例
The trifecta has big payouts if you win.
三連単は当たると大きな払い戻しがあるよ。

I won the trifecta by correctly predicting the first three horses.
最初の3頭を的中させて3連単を当てた。

2. Tricast
主にイギリスで使用される表現で「3連単」を意味します。
例
Winning a tricast can lead to a huge payout.
三連単が当たると大きな配当が得られるよ。

He made a tricast bet and accurately guessed top three finishers.
彼は三連単を賭け、1着、2着、3着を正確に予想した。

揚げたてのから揚げ を英語で教えて!

1. Freshly fried chicken
から揚げはフライドチキンとして表現されます。Freshly(Fresh)は「新鮮な」という意味で揚げたてを表現できます。
例
Freshly fried chicken goes best with beer.
ビールには揚げたてのから揚げが一番合う。

2. Crispy Japanese fried chicken
Crispy はカリカリやパリパリした食感を表し、揚げたてのカリカリ感を意味します。日本の「から揚げ」を伝えるため Japanese fried chicken と表
現できます。

揚げ出し豆腐 を英語で教えて!

1. deep-fried tofu
「揚げ出し豆腐」を意味します。deep-fried は「揚げ物」の意味です。豆腐はそのまま Tofu で通じます。
例
There was some tofu in the fridge, so let's make deep-fried tofu with it.
冷蔵庫に豆腐があったので、これで揚げ出し豆腐を作ろう。

I ordered Agedashi Tofu at the Japanese restaurant.
私は日本料理店で揚げ出し豆腐を注文しました。

2. Agedashi Tofu
地域やシチュエーションによってはそのまま「揚げだし豆腐」で通じることもあります。
例

冷蔵庫に豆腐があったので、これで揚げ出し豆腐を作ろう。

【補足】
海外の一部の地域では、ヘルシーフードとして豆腐が認知されており、スーパーマーケットでも豆腐コーナーが設置されていることもあります。豆腐は日本だけでなく中華料理でも使われることが理由の一つです。
