友達に興味のないことを勧められたので、「そういうの興味ないの」と言いたいです。

そういうの興味ないの

a big fun of : ～が好きだ・～に興味がある

肯定文でも文法上では成り立ちますが、会話では基本的に否定文で使います。
柔らかく相手に興味がないことを伝える方法の一つです。

2. I'm not interested in this.
そういうの興味ないの。

interested in : 興味がある

「in」の後には必ず名詞が来ます。

例）
A : Do you want to go to soccer game on Friday?
サッカーの試合行かない？
B : No. I'm not interested in soccer but thank you.
ううん、サッカーの試合興味ないや。けど、ありがとう。
