体調が悪い を英語で教えて!

under the weatherで「体調が悪い」という意味になります。

例文：
I’m under the weather.
体調が悪いです。

My son was under the weather this morning, so I took him to the clinic.
息子が今朝、体調が悪かったので、病院に連れていきました。
