体調が悪い を英語で教えて!

I'm sick以外で体調が悪いと言いたい時に使えるフレーズを知りたいです。

風邪のひき始めや二日酔い、寝不足、精神的に落ち込んでいる時など、幅広いシチュエーションで使えます。
