度し難い を英語で教えて!

救いようがない時に使う「度し難い」は英語でなんというのですか？

まず日本語のように単語数が多くない英語では度し難いを直訳できる表現はありません。
シンプルに難しいという意味をもつ Difficult や、どうしようもない場合に使われるCan not be helped.という表現がもっとも近いと思われます。

Look at this traffic jam! I’m in a hurry. – It can’t be helped.
