It's nice to hear from a favorite friend after long time. I’m so glad to get contact for the first time in a long time. 上が調べた文で、下が自分で考えた文なのですが、あっているか確認したいです。よろしくお願いします。

は上記のように表現することができます。

be happy to ～= 「～できて嬉しい」「～して嬉しい」
hear from ～= 「～連絡をもらう」「～話や情報を得る」
really good friend　= 「本当に良い友達」「とても親しい友達」
after such a long time　= 「久しぶりに」

また、友人などに対して favorite friendと言うことは自然な表現ではないので
good friend, best friend, close friend などを使って表現してみましょう。

2. It's grateful to get in touch with one of my lovely friends for the first time in a long time.
久しぶりに大好きな友達から連絡が来て嬉しい。

は上記のようにも表現することができます。

It’s grateful ～= 「～のことは嬉しい」の意味で感謝や喜びを表します。
get in touch with = 「(電話やメールなど)で連絡する、連絡をもらえる」
one of my lovely friends =「大好きな友人」「友達の中でも特に親しい人」
for the first time in a long time = 「久しぶりに」
