ちなみに、「元彼」は「ex-boyfriend」となります。

例文：
I still keep in touch with my ex-girlfriend.
(前カノと今でも連絡を取り合っている。)
＊ keep in touch with　〜と連絡を取り合う
(ex) Let's keep in touch with each other.
(お互いに連絡を取り合いましょう。)

I bumped into my ex-girlfriend at the mall yesterday.
(昨日、ショッピングモールで元カノにばったり会ったよ。)

(ex) I bumped into my boss in the station.

元～は"ex-"と表現することができます。
また、日常会話では、"ex"とだけ省略して言うこともあります。
