もう少し丁寧な言い方は下記になります。
It won't get any better no matter how many times you say it.
何回言っても良くならないんだから。

No matter how many times you mention it, it won't be resolved.
何回注意しても、解決しないんだから。
*mention = ～に触れる、述べる
*resolve = 解決する、解消する
