考えずにはいられない を英語で教えて!

試験の結果がすごく気になるので、「考えずにはいられない」と言いたいです。

※testの部分はexamでも構いません。

I can't stop thinking about the lady I met at the party yesterday.
昨日のパーティーで会った女性のことを考えずにはいられません。

ちなみに、似ていますがstop～ingは「（現在行っている行為などを）～するのをやめる」、stop to doは「～するためにとまる・立ち止まって～する」という意味になります。
