Spot で「見つける」という意味になります。

例
Did you spot the blue bird?
青い鳥見つけた？

Run off で「走っていく」という意味です。特定の場所に向かって走っていっているイメージです。 ただ逃げるという意味の Run away とは若干そこが違います。
