近いんだから歩きなさい。
It's not that far, so you should go there by walk.
そんなに遠くないんだから、歩いていきなさい。
（it's not that farを加えたことで、車で行くほど遠くないでしょ！というニュアンスをこめられます。）

〇〇しなさい。という表現で"have to"を使えますが、この場合はshouldのほうが良いです。
"have to"はshouldよりも厳しい印象があるため、怒って「歩きなさい」と言いたい場合はhave toでもよいです。

例（怒こっている場合）
You have to go there by walk because it is near here.
遠くないんだから、歩いていきなさい（怒）
