健康保険組合 を英語で教えて!

事務に問い合わされた時、「こちらでは分かりかねますので、お手元の健康保険組合にお問い合わせください」と言いたいです。

healthは「健康」、insurance は「保険」、associationは「協会、組合」です。

health insurance society
societyは「協会、会、団体、学会、結社」です。

health insurance union
unionは「結合、組合、連合」です。
よって、いづれも「健康保険組合」という意味になります。

何かが分からないときに、日本語では、「分かりません」と言うかわりに、「分かりかねます」と言うことがあります。
しかし英語では、「分かりません」「理解できません」と、はっきり伝えるほうが良いでしょう。
