「一時的な」に相当する言い回しは、以下のようにいくつか挙げられます。

1. 「for the time being: 当面の間は」
例

当面の間は、彼が議長になります。

※他の２つに比べて、フォーマルな言い回しです。

2. 「for now: 今のところは」
例
Shall we use this table for now because we can't find any.
他に見つからないので、今のところは、この机を使いましょうか？

3. 「at the moment: 現在のところ、今のところ」
例
I'm working at a cafe at the moment.
現在はカフェで働いています。

※このように「at the moment」を付けると、「前には違う仕事をしていた、また変わる可能性がある」というニュアンスが加わります。
