一言も言えない を英語で教えて!

討論会で参加者が話す隙を与えず熱弁していたので、「一言も言えなかった」と言いたいです。

say は「言う」という意味を表す動詞ですが、「主張する」や「指示する」などの意味も表せます。また、word は「言葉」「一言」などの意味を表す名詞です。
※word は word? と語尾を上げるとスラング的に「本当？」という意味を表せます。

I attended in the debate, but I couldn't say a word.
（討論会に参加したが、一言も言えなかった。）

I’m unable to say one word.
一言も言えない。

多少固いニュアンスにはなりますが、「出来ない」は be unable to を使って表現することもできます。また、one word と言うと a word と言うより「一言も」という部分を強調することができます。

I attend every meeting, but I'm not good at speaking in front of people, so always I’m unable to say one word.
（毎回、会議には出ていますが、人前で話すのが苦手なので、いつも一言も言えません。）
