参加する を英語で教えて!

I'm in以外に参加すると言いたい時に使えるフレーズが知りたいです。

例文：
I have to take part in this meeting tomorrow.
明日、この会議に参加しなくちゃいけないんです。

I don’t want to take part in this charity because it is troublesome.
めんどくさいので、このチャリティーに参加したくない。

＊ troublesome　めんどくさい
(ex) It is troublesome to work out every day.
毎日運動することはめんどくさいです。

A: Why did you take part in this activity?
どうしてこの活動に参加したの？
B: Because I’m interested in it.
興味があるので。

＊ be動詞 interested in 〜に興味がある
(ex) I’m interested in music.

"I'm in"以外に参加すると言いたい時に使えるフレーズですが、
日常的には以下のようなフレーズがあります。

参加する、入社するという場合のJoinを使って、
"He decided to join the Finance Ministry and work for the country."
(彼は財務省に入省し（参加して）国のために働くことを決めた。)

出席するという意味のAttendを使って、
"I will be attending a seminar this afternoon."
(私は今日の午後のセミナーに参加します。)

文書や契約書に使われるやや硬い言い方になりますが、
"The Company will participate in this deal as an investor."
(当社は、このディールに出資者として参加します。)
