もちろん。新しい物好きなんだよね。もはや取り憑かれてなるべく早く手に入れなきゃって気分になる。

→ new things: 「新しい物、こと」…とてもシンプルにそのまま訳せます。
→ be observed with X: 「Xが大好き、夢中になる」
