crusherという和製英語以外で就職活動のグループワークでのクラッシャーを指すときに使えるフレーズを知りたいです。

（チームにおける「邪魔をする人」という意味での）「クラッシャー」（crusher意外）は英語では、上記のように表現することができると思います。

disturb the order の場合は「和を乱す」、hinder the progress の場合は「流れを妨げる」というニュアンスになります。

During group work, I was conscious of not becoming a person disturbs the order.
（グループワークの時は、クラッシャーにならないことを第一に意識した。）

Unfortunately, you were disqualified because you were a person hinders the progress.
