「～という手段を取る」は英語では take the means of 〜 や take the measures of 〜 などで表現することができます。

This is a big problem for our company. I have no choice but to take the measures of 〇〇.
（これは我が社にとっては大問題だ。〇〇という手段を取るしかない。）

※ちなみに measure の場合は、"（何かしらの問題に対する）手段"というニュアンスになります。
