誰か適任者を知らないか聞かれたので、「彼女が最適だと思います」と言いたいです。

「I think she is the perfect fit.」は、「彼女は完全にぴったりだと思う」という意味です。特定の役割や任務、ポジションに対して、その人が理想的な選択肢であるという意見を表現するときに使います。たとえば、新しいチームメンバーを選ぶ際や、誰かを推薦するときなどに使う表現です。

I think she is the most suitable. She also has management experience.
（彼女が最適だと思います。彼女にはマネージメントの経験もあります。）

I think she is the best. If she refused, I will offer him.
（彼女が最適だと思います。もし彼女に断られたら彼にオファーします。）

※ちなみに I think は「思います」という意味を表せますが、よく「たぶん」や「〜かも」というような意味でも使われます。
