私と同じ（状況） を英語で教えて!

友人の置かれている状況が私と一緒だったので「私と同じです」と言いたいです。

・I am the same.

「I am the same」で「私も同じ」という意味です。
（例文）
I am in the same case.
(私も同様の状況です。)

「as」を使うのも良いでしょうね。
（例文）
I am also the same as you.
（私も貴方と同じです。）

何かよく無い事で状況が一緒なら「we can suffer together（私たちは一緒に苦しむことができます）」という表現も有ります。

（例文）
Just sitting and talking with other patients can be so much fun. If we can suffer together, we should also be able to laugh together.
（他の患者さんと座って話すだけでも、とても楽しいものです。 一緒に苦しむことができるなら、一緒に笑うこともできるはずです。）
