「これと同じもので、違う色のものはありますか？」は上記のように表します。

same one：同じもの（単数扱いの名詞句）
as this：これと（副詞句）
in a different color：違う色で（副詞句）

助動詞（Do）を文頭に第三文型（主語［you］＋動詞［have］＋目的語［the same one］）に副詞句（as this）で、もうひとつ副詞句（in a different color）を加えます。

「おなじだが違う色」と逆説的な接続が必要になるので前半と後半を接続詞（but）で繋ぎます。

ご参考で目的語を this にして単純化して表すこともできます。
