全巻揃える を英語で教えて!

全巻買う

「entire」は「すべての」という意味の単語です。漫画などの「巻」は「series」と言います。

I ended up buying the entire series all at once after reading a preview.
試し読みをした漫画がとても面白かったから一気に全巻揃えちゃった。

2. get the whole series
全巻揃える

「whole」を使っても「すべての」という表現ができます。上記の「entire」の方が「全部」ということを強調した言い方になり、「whole」は特に強調するわけではないが「すべて」と言いたい場合に使うことが多いです。

I got the whole series at once because the preview was so interesting.
