Do you wanna〜？で「あなたは〜したい？」「あなたは〜したいですか？」の質問文です。wanna はwant to の省略形なのでどちらも意味は同じです。
映画を見るはwatch the movieといいます。同じ「見る」という意味のseeもありますが、スクリーンやTVなど自分が意識して見るものにはwatchの「見る」が使われます。

週末はon the weekendですが、今週末の場合だとon this weekendとなります。

2. Why don’t we go watch the movie on the weekend?
「週末、映画でも観に行く？」

Why don’t we〜？「〜する？」と提案する際の定型文です。主語は私たち2人になるのでweですが、相手だけであればyouになります。

・go to the cinema(the movies) などいくつかあります。

Why don't we～？は「～しませんか？」と相手に提案したり勧誘したりする時の表現です。

・"Why don't we go to see the movies this weekend?" (今週末映画でも見に行く？）
　"I'd love to."　　（喜んで！）

How about～？は「～（するのは）どうですか」とこれも提案，勧誘の表現です。aboutのあとは動詞のing形や名詞が来ます。

・"How about going to the cinema on the weekend? （週末映画でもどう？）
　"Sorry, I can't make it." (ごめん，行けないわ。）

･･･断られることもあり得ますね。
