概念はconceptです。the concept of ~で〜と言う概念がない、になります。

またbelieve in で〜を信じる（信用するの信じるではなく、神や考えを信じる方の信じるです。）となるので神を信じない、we don't believe in God、としてもOKです。また信用するの方はinがつかないでbelieveとなるので注意してください。（I belive youなど）

他の言い方としては神を信じる文化がない、というWe don't have the culture of believing in God in Japan.です。　the culture of ~ として動詞の場合はing系にすることがポイントです。
