なにいってるの？ を英語で教えて!

家で、友達が知らない言語で話すので「なにいってるの？」と問いたいです

なにいってるの？

talk は「話す」という意味を表す動詞ですが、「複数人で話し合う」という意味の「話す」を表す表現になります。（「一方的に話す」という場合は、speak になります。）

（なにいってるの？全く分からないよ。）

What the hell are you saying?
なにいってるの？

what the hell 〜 とすると、相手を非難するようなニュアンスを表現できます。

What the hell are you saying? No way.
（なにいってるの？ありえないよ。）
※no way は「ありえない」「とんでもない」などの意味を表すスラング表現になります。
