work overtime で「残業する」「時間外労働する」などの意味を表せます。（work は「働く」「労働する」などの意味を表す動詞ですが、「効く」「機能する」などの意味も表せます。）

I'm not feeling well, so I can't work overtime today.
（体調が悪いので、今日は残業できません。）

I’m unable to work overtime today.
今日は残業できません。

「できない」は can't で表されることが多いのですが、（少し固いニュアンスにはなりますが）be unable to で表現することもできます。

I have plans so I’m unable to work overtime today.
（予定があるので、今日は残業できません。）
